Refund Policy and Procedure:
QB Prime provides several different services that our clients can subscribe to. We make our best efforts to ensure that our customers are fully satisfied with the services provided by us. However if you are still not satisfied with the services, you can raise a request for cancellation and refund. Please read the Refund Policy and Procedure carefully before subscribing to any of our services.
- • The refund must be requested within thirty (30) days from the date of purchase of the service either by calling us or sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. You must mention the order reference number along with the reason for requesting the refund.
- • Once refund is approved, it might take us up to Five (5) business days to process it
- • After processing the refund, it can take up to Seven (7) business days for the money to be credited back into your account, depending on your bank/credit card processor.
- • You will get the money credited into the same account that you used to purchase the service.
- 1. Request for refund of Accounting/Bookkeeping Consultation fee or any other consultation fee will not be accepted as the client would have already received the consultation services.
- 2. Any Consultant or Technician visiting charges are non-refundable.
